We bring to the table the typical tradition of the region with the undisputed king of our cuisine, the potato tortel, favourite dish of our most loyal customers. We accompany it with platters of mixed cured meats, mixed cheeses, carne salada, or lucanica pasta. A dish that we are proud to present, prepared with high quality products from the family farm.

FIRST COURSES

Cut the bread into cubes, collect them in a bowl, wet them with warm milk. These are the first steps for the preparation of our canederli, a typical dish that you can taste in two different variants on our tables, very tasty with meat and delicious with cheese. Among our first courses you can also find strangolapreti, excellent gnocchi prepared with bread and spinach, don't you already feel a certain pang?

SECOND COURSES

For gourmets and lovers of Trentino cuisine, we offer a rich menu of main courses, in which the mixed grill and sliced beef stand out, excellent alternatives for meat lovers. These dishes are very popular with our customers and are prepared with care by our chef. By prior arrangement we also accept special requests such as polenta and sauerkraut served with tender game at will.

FROM OUR WINE CELLAR

An excellent wine cannot be missing from the table of a farmhouse. You will be spoilt for choice between our self-produced wines or the vast list of typical wines from the Piana Rotaliana area such as Teroldego, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot and Rebo wine. All excellent choices to match the first and second courses proposed by our chef, perfect in taste and aroma.

SELF-PRODUCTION

Most of the products used in our dishes are of our own production. Vegetables, fruit, cold cuts and meat are partly produced by our Agriturismo and are used in the creation of our restaurant's dishes by our chefs.
