Who we are
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections; great harmony with hints of black and red fruits. On the palate it is balanced, fine, with sweet tannins, good acidity, savouriness and mineral notes that give it a progressive, long and persistent finish. It accompanies the best traditional Trentino dishes from our classic potato tortel to full-bodied red meats.
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections; the nose is extremely complex and varietal with hints of Mediterranean citrus and freshly picked fruit. In the mouth it is harmonious and has an excellent acidic structure with a pleasantly savoury and mineral sensation. Excellent as an aperitif, eclectic in the kitchen, ranging from cold dishes to the delicate first courses of Trentino tradition.
Very fine, silky perlage and creamy effervescence; straw-yellow, slightly golden colour with greenish reflections that immediately reveal a marked, jovial freshness; on the nose, persuasive mineral sensations and hints of pastry, flint and white flowers against a citrus background; excellent balance on the palate, high creaminess and great structure; savoury-salty finish accompanied by pleasant acidity.
